Etymotic warranty in the UK??

hey guys, I live in the United Kingdom and I own a pair of ER4-P's 

 

the bass on the right side has decreased noticably, and I would like to send my IEM's off to be looked at by Etymotic

 

how do I go about doing that?

Have you tried your original vendor?

 

Or the etymotic web page? The support page has an email address: customer-service@etymotic.com

has anyone done a warranty with them before? what are your experiences?

its been more than a week since i've fired off my email to etymotic... no response from them

How long have you had your er4p's for? If longer than 2 years forget it, if less then fire off another e-mail or find another e-mail address or find an address for their 'service facility' as they call it. That will be in the US as etymotic offer no servicing in Europe but they will pay return postage if they find it is indeed defective.

I know this sounds silly, but is the filter clogged?

the filter cant have been clogged because i've only had them for a month, even the foams are still kind of fresh

 

Marcus_C : yes, thats the webpage i got their email from... perhaps i should try calling them up?
