I've been listening to and enjoying this phone but found another pair I'm more interested in.
They have been in my possession since last Wednesday and are in perfect condition. They've only left my home twice and come with everything I received (including carrying pouch, warranty, etc.).
They currently have just under 25 hours on them.
They are the black pair and look like the images easily located via google.
