The system info shows "V01.01.32A".

it CAN be rockboxed.
The overall condition is excellent, and it works perfectly.
The sound quality is very very very good. So much better than most other MP3 players that I've tried in the past.

Asking $21 shipped within the U.S.

Anything that supports Rockbox, supports FLAC (and EQ options, Gapless, etc.).
