What PMP should I get?

Right now, I have the iPod touch 16gb 1G. I really like it, but I don't like how I have to use apple lossless, and that the iPod is centered around iTunes. There are so many players out there, and I'm new to all this audio stuff. However, I do like how the iPod has a huge touch screen and tons of apps. Also, I would like this device to play flac and to have great sound quality. And I don't want it to be any bigger than the iPod.

Budget: around 300 ( preferably lower)

Thanks
EDiT: I would also like Bluetooth and wifi

Get a S9/J3

Bluetooth is easy: Samsung P3 or M1. Cowon S9 or J3. None of these have WiFi.

Wifi is limited, and these don't come with bluetooth:  Zune HD.  Sony X1051/1061.

Apps:  The Zune has a few.  The Sony has none.

You'll have to move up to an Archos 5 Android Internet Tablet to match the features you want, except that it will be larger than the Touch.

^^ Is the Archos 5 Android Internet Tablet the only thing with all of my listed features ?

It's the only one I can think of that does have all of those features. Think of it as a souped up version of the iPod Touch. Even has tethering to your phone for internet out on the go. I was thinking about getting it for sometime but then decided on an Archos 7 Home Tablet. Then decided on a new phone and a Moon-Audio headphone cable :p
