Received replacement Fuze, I think it's refurbished...

So I originally bought a Sansa Fuze, but it just stopped working, so Amazon sent me a replacement. I just charged it for the first time, and then looked in the internal memory and there are already a bunch of music folders. Each artist has maybe 1 song in the file, so I don't know if it was used and sold as new, or refurbished without clearing internal memory. I mean, I guess it works fine, but still kind of upset that I paid for a new item and got a refurbished (even if it's a replacement)...I could have bought a refurb for cheaper if I wanted...

Has anybody received a Fuze with music already on it? Should I keep the refurb or return it? Thanks!

Really? My first one didn't have anything on it...that's strange...but nvm, that's great if I don't have to worry about it...

Ughh...well, I've put all my music on it now, and it looks brand new...it came with the newest firmware, whereas my older one had to be updated even though I only bought it a couple weeks ago. I think I'll just keep this one, and I still have a 1-yr warranty. Amazon said it's not their policy to send refurbished items, so since it's working, I'll just use it. Thanks for the help though, much appreciated!
