FiiO Cases, Straps and Patch Cables... Where can I find these?

Where can I get the thick rubber bands to bundle the Player to AMP and the Black Rubber FIIO E7 Case?

I have seen these in pics but never on sites that sell the FiiO AMPs

I have not seen them in photos of whats in the box either :(

I know I can find the patch cables most everywhere..

Also I would like to the patch cable at the same time to say on shippping

Well I reread the review and found the rubber band comes with it but I am guessing the silicon case was ditched for the cloth bag :(

Who has a good selection of patch cordsin different lenghts that aren't $30 each :)
