How to solder Supra EFF-I to RCA?

Hello people!

 

I'm thinking to buy a piece of cable and a rca and then solder it together. I found out that in supra cable there are 3 little cables. How can I solder these to rca? Does anyone has experience in doing this?

From the photo, it looks like 2 wires (red and blue) and an uninsulated drain wire. Can you confirm this?

3rd/Drain wire to ground on one side at the AMP.
