I need a fish - Page 2

How about oak smoked ruby red trout?

a really fresh salmon/tuna steak, panfried is always a safe bet. You can also try sword fish steak.

But the most important thing is, you have to source your fish from a really good shop that sells fresh, not supermarket crap. Fresh fish generally don't have much smell. Also try to avoid any of the fatty bit of fish, that way it won't be so fishy smelly.

Mild, Halibut or some sort of flounder. Bass is also very good. As for nut consider cashew, pistachios or the more exotic macadamia.

Black grouper is the right call here.  A firm white fish that has excellent texture and low oil.  Fish for the palate that does not like fishiness.  For the nut,  macadamia would be great.  Bake the grouper in tin foil with some seasoning.  Grate the macadamia nuts over prior to serving.  Sweet potatoes with rum and maple syrup on side.

Try a boiled tilapia fish with some salted Jojoba goatnuts.

I sure hope you meant broiled, or at the very least poached...  nothing saddens me more than the boiling of meat/fish (exclusive of certain shellfish) :(
