A new addition to the cabinet is (actually "was") Aberlour 12 Year... Let's just say a friend came over and we's gots a talkin'.

 

I've started priming the liver with Guinness this afternoon, but when night strikes, the Bushmills Black Bush comes out.

okay, in addition to a dozen (mostly californian) red wines, hendrick's gin, absolut vodka, noilly prat, grand marnier, jose cuervo, el jimador, cointrau, tobala mezcal (from oaxaca), ricasoli grappa, absinth (from the berlin absinth depot), goslings dark rum, harris porto, 51 cachaca, grappa fontalloro, campari, cassis (from upstate new york!), macallan 11yr and macallan 12yr, glenlivet, and dalwhinnie -

 

I now also have noble dame calvados, pimms, old overholt rye, lairds applejack, mathilde poire, triple sec, peychaud's bitters, angostura bitters, simple syrup, ginger beer, agave nectar and some fruit juices stocked. ready for the weekend ;-)
