IEM 3.5mm extension cable (around 1-1.5 feet)

I am looking for something similar to the Shure 9 inch extension cable.

 

The problem is, I want it to be thinner because I find the Shure one to be thick.


I also prefer a right angle connector if possible.

 

Any ideas? Links?
