Looking for some parts

I'm making some cable including a recable of my 325s and I'm trying to find some things. I am using the Viablue 3.5 and 1/4" connecters were I can b/c they look awesome. But what I need is a female 1/4'' inline jack and some 3.5mm mono plugs.  

 

Looking for suggestions for nice looking parts.

Neither are bad looking but would like some choices.

Or can I just use a stereo plug in a mono jack and use the ring and sleeve as ground?

You can use a stereo (TRS) plug in a mono (TS) jack.  You can leave the ring contact in the plug unconnected.  Connecting the ring to ground is useless, because there is no corresponding contact in the mono jack.
