As for the making of custom earmolds, you can get your impressions made from a local audiologist and send them to EarSonics. It is preferably to make payment first before sending your impressions.

Why don't you all just buy from earsonics directly? Is it more expensive that way... or any other reason to buy from other place?

30 euros for almost 1 week shipping, compared to 25 pounds for next day delivery, which one would you choose? I am still waiting for them to fix the shell problem, before shelling on them.

I emailed Franck Lopez at Earsonics.

 

 "All the SM3 are with the new material composition of shell. (it's just a
changing of plastic composition to have a better ultrasound fixing)
The are ready to ship tomorrow or after tomorrow."

 

I think I am ready to pull the trigger.  Still waiting to hear back from handheldaudio.
