Up for sale is my beloved Eddie Current TA phono pre amp. I followed Craig and his design of a phono pre amp since he brought a SS version to a house meet in NorCal 2 years ago. He switched to a design that employs 2 12ax7s and 0ne 6sn7 and a seperate box for the power supply.
If you go to the High End forum you will see universal praise for this unit.
When it came out I bought it for a second rig I was building but have since shelved. This is one of the finest phono pre amps I have owned/heard and would place it in the league of pre amps in the $3000 class. The transformers for MC use are great sounding and the MM side sounded great with the soundsmith smmc1 I had it hooked up to.
Anyway I would like $1000 shipped conus for his unit as it is barely used.
