I see that there is a 1.8" 240GB ZIF HDD. The Zune 120 uses a 120GB 1.8" ZIF drive. Are these compatible? I hear the 240GB one is a little thicker so maybe it is out. There is also a 160GB 1.8" ZIF drive that is the exact same thickness as the 120GB so at the very least can you upgrade the Zune 120 to a Zune 160?

Maybe you can just make an extention for the back to allow you to put the 240 in?
Of course theres always duct-tape!

the probelm would be the power, pretty much same applies if you want to mod the current ipod classic, see this thread: Classic 5g+5.5g+6g+6.5g+7g SSD Mod thread
basically, you cant get enough power form the battery as to power up that 240gb hard driver.
