WE300B NOS tests. - Page 3

Buy them (WE300B).  While everyone was talking they may have slipped away.  They are either in first or second place on almost everyone's list, and no two people can agree on anything but that.  I prefer them by a mile to all but one other brand, which I will not name, but it's not the Shuggies.

I did buy them, but I needed to do my homework first on the seller and the year of the tubes. As It has turned out I got lucky because the seller was very honest and not only did these tubes test out at 80/80 but the date codes are both the same 5626 and yes these tubes have never been used, however the boxes looked old along with the packing that WE used for these tubes.

I don't really know what happened to the last set. All I know is that the last set where the same year 1956 but different weeks and they are NOS, however they tested the same so they are a matched pair.

The last time I talked to them they still had the set and where going to keep them. If I had the money I would of got that set also but I was looking into getting a SVS Realiser, plus its my understanding that the NOS pre mid 60's WE's last a long time.
