I'll 2nd that choice! They don't sound like my Senn.HD 650s but for my bedroom system they can't be beat IMO

Changed it, my DT770s are now my most comfy.

HD800 are the comfiest cans I've worn (and nothing is particularly close for me), love the huge cups and the microfiber pads.

ad700 followed by my dt880

Still... DT880 / 600 (pretty much any similar Beyer I've had).

The D5000 is a very close second.

I must be an exception as I always found those little nodules that rest on your temples very annoying.

But i think HD800 & Denon D7000 are also pretty good in comfort (am i wrong? Because i haven't tried it yet )

I think they're both more comfortable than the 2 you have mentioned.

Have you ever tried those headphones jjinh (i mean HD800 & Denon D7000)? Comfort is the first reason when i am choosing headphones, the second is absolutely its sound

I had the HD800s (on loan) for about a month. I own the denons.

Now that you mention it I find my stax more comfortable.

KSC75 are usually very comfortable, sometimes they can pinch.  IIRC my Denon D1001s were super comfortable, but I don't own them anymore.  One of my first pairs of headphones was the Sennheiser 435, probably the most comfortable but the sound isn't any better than $10 KSC75s.

My latest headphone purchase let me down in the comfort department, HD 555s.  My head is huge though and I have jaw problems so the sides of my face usually hurt whether or not I'm wearing headphones.  I should have done a little more research though, it seems AD 700s are the headphones that favor big heads so that will be my next purchase.

I've only had 3 full sized headphones in the past. I recently outfitted my M50's with 840 pads and holy sh*t. These pads are the most comfortable pads I've come across thus far.
