Whats your most comfortable cans?

Beyer DT880(600).  I love the soft fuzzy(velvet like) padding.  Its not like my 650, which feel like vicegrips on my head.

Audio-Technica AD700....I absolutely forget they are on my head when I wear them. No pressure at all on my ears!

My Smeggy made Fostex T50Rp Thunderpants with cloned lamb skin leather Stax O2 pads with memory foam for padding. Everything else pales in comparision

I always thought 271s were very comfy but it was until I had my hd600s.

Denon D7000 is ok too but it will get hot after some time.

K1000, beyers dont come close :)

However, with comfort you can also relate e.g. the ability to use them where ever you want, in which case the k1000 are useless as they dont sit very firmly on your head, here I belive that senn 595 win.

HD800 might not be without weaknesses but it is the king of comfort. Clearly prefer the fit to the T1 and O2. Love all the Stax Lambdas, too.

Right now my KSC75s are definitely my most comfortable pair.

For me it's a close competition between the D2000/5000/7000s and the HD800s.  The stock D7000s are relatively light, have very plush pleather pads, and probably the most comfortable headband of any headphone I've tried.  As was mentioned, though, they can get a bit hot after a while.

So for listening periods of 2 hours or less, I would go with the Denons.  The Sennheisers get the win for periods longer than 2 hours.
