It's a pleasure for me to open up the feedback thread for Dusan. He bought from me a new open box set of Phonak Audéo PFEs 112. His communication was excellent and he paid fast.
Much to my dismay said set of PFEs (which I had received directly from Phonak as a warranty replacement but which I have never unpacked) turned out to have a faulty cable. I definitely should have opened the box and tested the earphones before selling them. Dusan accepted my apologies and luckily I was able to convince Phonak to send me a new and sealed set of PFEs (the new type 2 with the improved cables). I forwarded the earphones to Dusan and Phonak even refrained from wanting the defective set back.
Dusan was very understanding and polite. He's a great guy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate a moment to do business with him again.
