FS: Etymotic Research ER-4S

In very excellent condition.  Comes with two sets of the white triple-flange tips, 5 sets of black foamies, 6 brand new filters, and all accessories that came with the box minus the soft storage case.  In place of the lost Etymotic storage case, I'm adding a soft Shure case that fits the ER-4S very well.  $OLD includes free shipping CONUS via USPS Priority with tracking.  Else where in the world, add $20 for total of $OLD.  Sold my Tomahawk a while back, so don't need these anymore.
