FS: Audio Technica ATH-A500

Have a set of Audio Technica ATH-A500s for sale. They are a couple years old and the crappy vinyl covering has fallen off the earpads, leaving the cloth underneath, which I think is slightly more comfortable. The earcups have been deadened with blu-tac, reducing the resonance in them and really tightening up the sloppy bass of the stock phones. The plug has been replaced with a Switchcraft or a Neutrik, I don't remember which because it was done before I got them, but it's a little more solid than the stock one. All-in-all a great pair of cans. Asking $75 shipped anywhere in CONUS.

Hahaha, they might be the same... The picture is pretty old though, and I'm pretty fastidious about cleaning. Plus the dog was too lazy to ever get fleas somewhere.
