Well, it seems that there is no advanced edit feature anymore, so I can't edit the title.
I've gotten two PMs, and between those two people, I should be set. Thanks so much, guys! I won't have to do the 12AU7 mod for a while, now. (unless I gather the materials for a second amp!)

I've been dreading this day. I just stared at that broken tube for 10 minutes or so, and let it sink in :(
After my first year of college ended, I was packing up my bags and failed to realize that maybe my tubes shouldn't go in the same bag as EVERYTHING ELSE I OWN. One of the tubes made it out, but the other is dead.
My Starving Student amp is itself starving, now.
I frantically called every website that sells tubes, but like TomB said, they are impossible to find, now.
I don't expect much, but if any of you guys/gals have some lying around, I'd be super appreciative of 1 or 3 or however many you need to sell me. I'll probably buy other stuff off of you if that's what it takes!
