I've had these for about 2 weeks and haven't been using them in the past week because I was working crazy hours, so I've only really had 1 week of use. I took good care of them and they're pretty much brand new. There are 2 tiny nicks on the left cup, but they were there when I bought them. I'm selling them because I realized I much prefer the acoustics of open headphones. I have the original box and the 1/4" adapter that normally comes with it as well. Asking for $150 CAD + shipping, I take PayPal.

Hi Will, I'm in Peterborough, UK.

Apparently I've used up my daily quota of PMs!

I guess the only questions are a) how much do you want? and b) I'm into Prog, Electronica, allsorts really, from an iPod Classic. SQ is important - I like bass, and feeling it! - but I also like... well, everything else. I tried a pair of AD700s and was impressed by the soundstage and detail, but they lacked bass, leaked like mad (obviously) and frankly weren't loud enough.

So are the closed back 900s a) louder, b) bassier and c) still have that detail I'm after?

I currently use SR60s and the sort of volume I like is the iPod driving them flat out (I ride a bike a lot and so I think I'm probably a bit deaf!).

You think I'd like the A-Ts?

Thanks

Simon H
