IC: Grado HF-2 #500

I'm considering selling my last non-custom headphone, the venerable Grado Head-F1 HF2. It's in wonderful condition, exactly the same as I received them. I am the first owner (purchased new, A-stock, directly from TTVJ) and they were used exclusively in a pet-free, smoke-free, child-free environment for all of their life. They are thoroughly burned in with a couple hundred hours on them. They sound wonderful and I hate to see them go, but recent HT purchases necessitate the money.

 

Of course, being like-new I mean "Grado new." They do have a few small nicks on the cups but they are not really visible unless you're inspecting the pair closely.

These are back up for sale. Same conditions as posted (except I am no longer in dire need of $$$), but now considering trade offers. Particularly interested in the Audio-gd DAC19DSP or similar DAC. Cash +- depending on fair market value.

 

 

Since TTVJ is selling these brand new at MSRP again for however much time/units, I'm only expecting cash offers from those that are intrigued by the serial #500. If you want to get any pair of HF2s for a fair price I recommend you get them from TTVJ while supplies last. I can only recommend that you throw me an offer if you have a special interest (for whatever reason) in the 500th pair in particular.
