They're also listing the prices on page 2

FYI - someone also purchased the bulk cable of Platinum Eclipse 7 here in Hong Kong from an authorized dealer, here's a link to that DIY headphone posted back in March

As nice as these headphones are, they're absolute trash lol... It's basically a beats pro with better highs. The parts used are also identical... I have a feeling they're manufactured in the same place too lol

I'll definitely take some money shots of the F5 + HE-6 in action when finished, along with nude shots of the amp in this thread for sure.

I have just had the HE-6 for 24 hours, but I find it nice with the WA22, the Taurus, the V200 and from the speaker taps of my Creek 5350 SE integrated with the HE-adapter (5350 Specs: Power output: 85Wpc into 8 ohms (19.3dBW), 120Wpc into 4 ohms (17.8dBW). Maximum current: >30A. THD: <0.05%, 20Hz-20kHz. )

I was excpecting far worse performance from my headphone amps. The speaker amp has got the tightest grip, but with the WA22 (5998+Brimar 5R4GY+VT231) has the nicest sound sig and presents a smooth yet detailed, punchy, yet pleasant listen. Volume wheel is mainly at 12-13 on the V200 and WA22, 10-12 the Taurus. All headamps fed balanced.

I'll try the speaker taps of the Leben CS300XS and the Cary SLI-80 later. Especially the Cary has been highly recommended, amongst others by dminches if I remember correctly..

wow it actually works!!!

lacks bass and sounds kinda distant compared to GSX MK2, and it does clip at loud, but u can actually get a DECENT listening volume. wow, it did better than i thought. didn't clip as terribly as WA6-SE, perhaps the WA22 has better current output, or the push-pull balanced is more efficient.

I had a friend over yesterday and he never heard high end headphones. He listened to all my headphones. the HD800,HE6,LCD2 and the Fostex th900 plus the PSB M4U on the WA5 and when asked which headphone he liked th ebest he said hands down the HE6 was the best sounding headphone of the bunch.  I love the he6 on the WA5.

ADD.:  The original Eclipse 7 Headphone cable from Wireworld earlier this year was intended to showcase the HD800, but we gonna make 'em shine :wink:with the HE-6. And then there's the manner of termination, pigtail options, length ect, so that $550/10ft quote is pixie dust:

- Silver Eclipse Headphone Cable 10ft

- SMC for HE-6

- Male 4-pin XLR adapter

- Female 4-pin XLR

- 1 Meter matching pigtail cable; Spades

My custom work retails for $1,575 though I'm getting a dealer discount at $1,217. And Wireworld is discounting me further @ $1,182 shipped.

Hmm...wonder if WW can do a similar one for my HD650 with matching pigtails for speaker amp use
