I would like to upgrade my DAC but that dang headphone cable took my lunch money! I'm only using the iPod because I can. :p

Hey, I have the MMF 7.1 myself (with Mojo cart) :smile: Great one-stop setup solution. I can't wait to hear it when i complete my Cornet2 Phono pre. What pre are you using for it?

Silent notes made audible... and visible.

:ph34r: Currently sitting on Hour 112 with the cans. Have listened little. It's been a rather pedestrian affair as the hours roll by. Well it was until fellow HE-6 owner 'wotts' asked how things were going. I really didn't know but thought it was a good time to find out - I was merely being careful the first 100 hours or so.

So, I fired up the big block Sansui. And selected "I Don't Wanna Lose Your Love" by The Emotions. With the drivers getting loose, it was time to turn up the volume, deliberately so!

:eek:

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Holy ship! Talk about a rising tide in a harbor of hi-fi!!!

Some here may not fully understand (or at all) the magnitude of what happened in this moment. A few details:

- The Emotions with their honey-drenched vocals

- Backed on this record by the musicianship of Earth, Wind & Fire

- Played on a Monster Receiver

- With good volume :tongue_smile:

WOWZA! The fiercest four minutes I heard on the HiFiman's since delivery! Honestly, I had to shut it down, saving my hearing for another day. Simply fantastic!

Well, with out listing your gear, we have no way of knowing. I'd say that qualifies.

I use to always maintain a current profile - gears, accessories, changes... and updates. Then one day, I fell back into a minimalist mood. Dismantling my rig and removing my profile.

This autumn, we're coming back with 33% more Bills stuff! :wink_face:

I lived in San Diego for 5 years and softball at night in Feb. could be pretty cold. But tubes during a Santa Ana would be brutal.
