There does appear to be a nerve struck but as to whos' nerve is not really clear given the passive versus anxious tones of the two above posts. I just spoke to Ms T and she is extremely helpful and I dont have any doubts whatsover that Head-Direct will do whatever is needed to have a happy customer at the end of the day. If I did, then I wouldnt have put my money at risk. As for your comment about younger generation not being patient, I do tend to agree, but the access to greater market knowledge and knowing what is and isnt normal sales processing does give more opportunity to react.

What number did you call? I called the customer service number in the website this morning but got a recording and left a message. So far I have not received a call back. After reading your post I just called again and got the same recording.
Being a personal friend of Fang's, I called Mrs.T on your behalf, and she said that she has tried to call you back 4 times, and each time, she has gotten a busy signal. She said you are welcome to call her right now, and she will gladly speak to you right away.
I have done this for a dozen MOT's that I know of, personally, and my number one goal, is to make everyone happy. It seems that everyone is on a tear lately (must be a full moon), and although I can't help out anyone with Ultrasone, I can do the best I can with some of the smaller companies who I have been friends with for years, because I held the first National Meet hold NYC Meets every year and have befriended many good, hard working people.
I know Fang, and how he runs his company and I really feel that lately, he has been getting an unfair shake. He is a hard worker with unimaginable scruples.Everyone should take a deep breath and remember that niceness gets you further in life than meaness.
Same thing with Whiplash, Ray Samuels, Moon Audio, Woo Audio and another dozen companies that I have worked with personally. I am not trying to show favoritism, I just don't like to hear bad things about good people. I can't right all of the wrongs, but I can try.
