FS: Broken Denon D5000s with Japanese warranty

The Denons I've personally bought in Japan have just broken down. The earcup has fallen down from the headband, the screw is broken and stuck inside and I can't really fix them myself. Now, I'm back to Poland and Polish distributor of Denon will not acknowledge Japanese warranty. As I'd need to pay very expensive shipping and perhaps tax + VAT when sending them back to the shop, I'm thinking of letting them go to the Head-Fi'er who lives in a country with better warranty policy. They were bought just 2 months ago and they're pretty like brand new besides it all. They're also fully burned in. I paid about $400, if you are interested, please drop me a message with the price.

I've made a mistake - there isn't a screw in the headphone so if you find another one, you'll easily fix it on your own.
