AWESOME
Bought a Ray Samuels Audio XP-7 from this guy, and he was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. i always thought it was awkward saying it was a "pleasure" to deal with someone, but it actually was with this guy. we talked a lot, i was constantly updated with when the payment was received and when he planned to ship it, i got a tracking number, and although it was shipped usps (which i hate), it was packed so well that it could have survived whatever they did to it (which is usually beat the packages with a baseball bat for about an hour each). Honestly, the packaging job he did was so good... wow. he did a better job than ANY of the businesses i have ever purchased something from online. i was absolutely shocked. pleasantly, of course. he even included the stock operational amplifier (an upgrade is installed), an adapter, power cable, EVEN RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES. haha. an everything was so neatly packed. if i wasnt so excited to get it hooked up, i would have taken pictures =P
oh, and the unit itself looked infinitely better than i remember it looking in the pictures. really pristine.
this guy... was great.
