Some help regarding sale

Guys, just needed to know what I should do. I sold a guy an s:flo2 after he finally figured out how to use it he's mailed me after having it for at least a week I think saying he wants to return it because he thinks the static sound will damage his ears. Do I accept a return or not?...considering the static is a well known issue.

I don't know a lot about the s:flo2, but if the static happens with all of them, then I don't believe you should be responsible and you should not have to give a refund. On the other hand, if this static problem does not happen on all the units and he did not know before he paid that this s:flo2 has it, then I think you should accept the return. If he did know that this particular s:flo2 has static, then again you probably shouldn't have to give him the refund.

Just my two cents.

The static happens in all of them, the newer firmware supposedly reduces it but I don't know. Anyhow, I'll probably just give him a refund, get it back, update the firmware and put it on sale...making sure to tell the potential buyers to know what they are buying.

Unless yours is defective I don't think you should have to take it back, static sucks tho!
