they are a tiny bit too sibilant should i fill the back cavity with foam or fabric to cut down the sibilance ?

Maybe. The only way to really know with franken-phones is to experiment.
Have you tried adding a small to medium impedance (25-100ohms) resistor inline? This has always been a popular mod for that driver.
mhmm resistor u say....might give that a go..well so far i added foam to the cavity and its calmed the highs a bit. Thx ill try the resistor mod
