The SFLO:2 fits your bill.

Great SQ, the price of the 16GB version is around 150$, it plugs into your pc and shows up as an external drive, you just drag and drop audio files to. Also it has a MicroSD slot and a 5 band user adjustable EQ and the best way to select music on the player is by just browsing folders instead of using ID tags.

I'd go with Cowon D2. It's more tried-n-true. Cowon has such vast EQ settings, you will find good sound combination. At this point, it is a mature product, you'll get less headache. SDHC support is upto 32 gb. By the way, is Cowon expensive in Europe?

Yeah i too have idea to buy a  D2 but i don't like that button for on/off like switch. I like a button like m6 just squeeze. If you mean a price a D2+ 8GB in europe so is new for $ 160 and use old D2 4GB from $ 125.
