Damn fookers. Well that makes up my mind. They should have fixed the bugs on the Bridge first. Getting sick of this upgrade crap.

In a way, I am glad that I chose not to upgrade at this time. I don't want to spend a lot of time figuring out what USB cable to get. The Bridge is good enough.

nevermind, I can't located what I thought I read on the PS Audio Forum regarding the bridge and the new upgraded DAC.

I'm sure PS audio is not going say "if you are using only the Bridge, don't bother getting the upgrade since it does the same thing twice" or "the digital lens functionality on the Bridge is so gimped that you should get the new upgrade."

At this point, I'd rather save my pennies for the supposed external digital lens box. Gives me more options down the road. $200 is not that significant a savings (considering that I haven't even heard the upgrade) to make me order it and possibly wait 2-3 more months. And if I sell the PWD with the upgrade down the road, I bet I won't be getting the extra $799 back spent on the upgrade.

It wasn't PS Audio I that I was referencing.  It was the first user who I thought commented to a bridge user about the improvement the new NativeX filter makes.

What is the wait time if ordered now? I will order mine later when the backorder clears.

How do I log onto the psaudio.com forums?

Trying here because...I cannot submit posts to the psaudio site.

- I log in, "Welcome," my username, "Logout" appear in the top left.

- I navigate to Support/Community forums, or to Resources/Community, navigate to the topic I want to contribute to, click "Add a comment",

- and see a dialogue box which asks for username/password. When I re-enter my login I get sorry no account with that username/password.

Anyone else managed to get in since they overhauled the website? Suggestions?

Basically you need to re-register as they were unable to transfer the information to the new forums.

No problem.  I know I will be waiting since I didn't order until mid December so I will be waiting probably until sometime in February.  All the positive comments will only make the time go by so much slower due to the anticipation.

I have re-registered, I can go into My PS and edit my details, my PWD shows up there. Is there some extra step along the way, linking or enabling forum posts?
