Can you get in contact with PS?
I've sent e mails and left phone messages with no response. Is there a good extension to dial that will get you to a live person other than the gatekeeper receptionist?

I have asked here because:

I have not found my answer in the support section

My e mails to them are ignored

Everyone is always on the phone when I call (If they answer)

Phone messages are not returned

I'm getting really frustrated.

That's why!

I was hoping someone here had an inside track to contacting someone there like an unadvertized number or extension.

I was planning on ordering the update through the dealer I bought my PWD / PWT but it turned out they basically didn't get anything for selling the upgrade due to the $200 discount and an the new 3 year warranty being added so I ended up ordering through PS Audio directly.  This wasn't the case when I ordered the bridge when it was first released. 

Did anyone else have problems with the security of PS Audio's ordering website.  I tried a couple of browser but neither would identify it as a secure site, which is why I ended up ordering from PS Audio via phone.

I ordered the MKII (directly from PS Audio) using Google Chrome browser. When I ordered the MKII from my computer, I didn't have security problems.

+1 using Firefox.

If the MKI component is replaced with the MKII upgrade, what would you do with the MKI component?

I've got a box of removed boards, replaced caps, etc.  It is a bit silly to keep them as I have never had a mod fail, but I don't have the heart to toss them out.
