I just bought this 15 inch, aluminum unibody Macbook Pro from it's original owner, who bought it brand new at a retail Apple Store in December 2009.

 

It is a wonderful machine, but I can't get used to the glossy screen and have decided to keep my 24 inch white iMac instead (matte s-IPS LCD)

 

It is in excellent condition, except for a few minor scuffs on bottom surface of laptop and includes original packaging and Snow Leopard and iLife 09 restore discs.

Original owner purchased it in December 2009.

 

Assuming the original 1 year warranty is transferrable (which I suspect it is), then there should be about 6 months of the original warranty left (I would have to double check, but I think warranty is through December 5, 2010).

 

I didn't register it when I configured it, so it is technically still registered to the original owner.
