For those who want BEYER DT880/600

I was looking for these and realised that anyone with a DT880/600 loves them so much and the only way for one to appear on the FS forums is if the person is getting a T1 or HD800.

 

So I sent an email to an ebay seller asking if they had DT880/600, and they said yes. They go for $280 usd and will ship internationally for a 'normal' fee ($53 shipped to aus T.T). They only have the Premium version, which has 3.5 N clamp force and a coiled cable, like the one you can see in the 'Quest for holy grail of gaming sound' thread, as opposed to the consumer 2.8N with straight cord.

That's the product, send them an email about the DT880/600 pro, offer them ~270 and see what you get!

 

Not sure how low they'll go for the DT880/250

Be careful.

As far as I know, there's no current 600 ohm DT880 Pro.

Only the 2005 edition DT880, and that one has not a coiled cable.

Premium and consumer edition are the same (2005 edition).

I have DT800/600 on the way to my house.

Got them brand new from headroom for $299 free shipping
