Ourfpshero,

how does the Sony DR 6A compare sound wise to the Pioneer Monitor 10 or even the Sony MDR V6? I am interested yet I have to be sure it is exactly what I could use. It has to have at least more bas than the old Pioneer which also has to be well defined, just not monotone like the V6. If anything in good condition the Sony DR 6A certainly has my interest, especially if the headphone cable and jack are still reliable.

I am cleaning up the headphone collection and I am at the same time considering a few other headphones.

My regards,

Deep Funk

P.S. The JVC still sounds heavenly, I prefer the DF by a small margin.

the dr-6a has very little bass, less than the monitor 10. its in great condition, cable, jack, etc

You posted the DR 6A reacted to you equalizer when you adjusted the bass tones. Did it sound good?
