Your Favorite Hip Hop Music Producer?

I don't know too many, maybe 5-10. But I gotta go off and say Just Blaze. I really like his soulful songs and that he can blend in a normal vibe with a song. He makes beats that kill. Other music producers make beats that are dope.

#1 favorite will always be Nujabes (R.I.P.)

Pete Rock and Madlib are up there as well

While most of the Japanese producers sound the same, I still love their simple, beautiful beats. Arts the Beatdoctor is also another one I find to be great. While not strictly a producer, C2C (French DMC champs) created some pretty good stuff on their group Hocus Pocus.

As Pete Rock once said, "Big up! to my dawg Marley Marrrrrrlll!!!"

Amen. Soulful blends of jazz, funk, and classical elements into his interpretation of music, his instrumental hip hop was a huge influence on me.

I also liked J. Rawls as a producer. Pete Rock is high on my list! (Only prefer the old stuff though) The one that is mentioned earlier on from the group Hocus Pocus is also very good.

I am also a great fan of the french group called: Jazz Liberatorz. They are combining hiphop with jazz influences. Very, very nice!
