Hello! For sale here is a Shek D1 NOS DAC.
This is an amazing sounding DAC and has served me excellently while I've owned it.
As far as I know, the Shek D1 NOS DAC uses the following components:
DAC: Philips TDA1543
Non Over Sampling (NOS)
Receiver: Cirrus CS8412-IS
Inputs: Coaxial, Optical
Output: RCA
The big player here is the Philips TDA1543 DAC. As you may know, this chip is used in multi-thousand dollar DACs and sources, including the Wavelength Ultimate DPU, which retails at over $1100!
The original owner has carefully disconnected the extremely bright light so the source is usable in a darker room.
There are two cracks on the back of the plastic case and on the bottom that occurred to the DAC while in transit but they do not affect functionality.
A power supply brick is included with the purchase of this Shek D1 NOS DAC.
