A few things I neglected, or that have been brought up via PM...  I see I didn't mention that the color of this is silver, should anyone not have been able to determine that from the pictures.

 

Also, with regard to customs matters, I'm happy to do whatever the buyer likes. 

 

Finally, of the included tips, I've only used the large and medium of the silicon ones. Of course, they've now been sterilized.  I've not taken the foam tips out of their bag.
