Pictures of the new headband and the story: So I contacted Beyerdynamic and ordered the part, and basically, the only headband you can purchase is the older model headband. Which is probably better, since the older headband seems to go sticky and fall apart really quickly. The band has to be cut to fit, and I cut a little extra off, because going all the way with the band would end up pushing those metal clips.  Pics explain it.
