in terms of iem's, i find the monster pro copper/golds very comfortable and dont know i have them in my ears, also the ortofon eq7 and pioneer se-clx9 are very comfortable

to be frank, Fischer Audio DBA-02 is surprising beautiful quiet.

My vote goes to the Klipsch Image X10, X5, S4 and the Soundmagic PL50.
