Comes with everything except for some tips, they fall off alot. Comes with the box, case, ect and papers. Everything is fine aside from the loss of tips.

Is the problem of tips falling off a standard one or one that is unique to this pair? How long have you had the earphones and is everything else is a good condition?

I have no idea. I think I wear/stretch the tips out myself. I've had them for like 5 or 6 months.
