Foobar2K setups! What are you guys doing with Foobar to make your music sound good?

I like the way I have my Foobar setup and I personally listen to Jazz, Blues, Rock, Metal (all forms of it), Hip-Hop, Rap, all of it. But what are you guys using like EQ settings and DSPs to make your Foo2K sound the way you want it?

It's actually the only way I've found...try Reclock in WASAPI, try uLilith...foobar is laughable in comparison.

Oh Leeperry, still pushing uLilith.  I will give you that ReClock sounds awesome, though.

Even with new "bit perfect" ASIO driver for Essence ST f2k can't sound as good as MPC+ReClock (aspecially last one) > KS/WASAPI.

For f2k you may set ASIO/WASAPI 24/32 bit output, increase incoming buffer up to 500-700 Mb ("memory playing"). Some resampling maybe.

If you really want to ditch HDD noise (if such does affect playback), you can just create a ramdisk, load some music into it, and play THAT through MPC+Reclock.

foobar2k + ASIO4ALL. I found that WASAPI sounds muffled with 96Khz/24bit files...

Odd, something must've been misconfigured.  Have you tried to set it up as WASAPI, AND setting 24/96 in the ST's controls?  I've personally had no problems with WASAPI outputting 24/96.
