Cable problem with Westone 3

I have had a nice pair of Westone 3's for a few years.  Lately, the sound cuts out on the right ear all the time.  When I wiggle the cable where it connects to the plug, the sound cuts in and out.  Has anyone else had this issue and fixed their own cable?

That's odd, Westone is known to have one of the best IEM cables, second to only Audio Technica

I wonder what  Westone would do for you after a few years. I would think they would still fix it at a reasonable rate if not as a courtesy. That surprises me too. Hope it works out for you.

Give the customer service team an email. As long as you registered your earphones, you are covered for 2 years. music@westone.com
