About 4 months old, but only used for 2 months. I thought the sound quality would be fantastic, but it's just not the right sound for me. I just went back to my old sansa clip. It's very disappointing, because the screen quality is fantastic, with probably the best UI I've ever used in any device.
The Zune HD itself is in good condition. The color of it is black, and it does not come with any warrenty, as it was purchased in the United States. It's working perfectly fine, and the firmware is up to date. The screen and the back of the device is in perfect condition, but I have dropped it once, and it left a small visible damage on the side of the device. Due to the drop, the rubber part also seems a little more fragile. However, everything else is as clean as the day I got it. The device will come in the original box, the standard earbuds (You wouldn't need it, would you?), manuals, and the cable.
