I am in need of a custom LOD cable. There was a wonderful forum member who made an LOD cable for me a few years ago, but it seems he has retired from the cable game. I am hoping there is someone here who can help me.
I need an LOD for an ipod touch (newest version) that splits the Left and Right audio signals into separate outputs. The cable itself needs to be roughly 9 feet long (total) with about a one foot breakout for each tail. Each tail should terminate into mono 1/4" jacks. I'd also like to see if there is a way to get a third breakout that is USB so the iPod can be charged while playing.
We use a cable like this with an older 5th gen iPod that we hook up to a FOH soundboard. One channel (Right) coming out of the ipod has pre-recorded musical tracks that we make. The other channel (Left) has a click track that we route to in-ear monitors. So I need something that does the same for an touch.... Left and Right split + USB charging (if possible).. if not, the left and right split are the most important.
