Head-fi featured reviews??

As much as it annoys me to see head-fi featured reviews shoved in my face on the homepage, how does the selection of 'featured reviews' work? So far I only see Senn HD800 for the last few days. yet there are other headphone reviews on the gear list. So what criteria is used in choosing which  reviews will be displayed? 

Or is this somehow related to sponsorship? as i see Sennheiser is a sponsor of this site..

and while at it, how come only 3 sponsors are showing on the right hand box? don't we have more sponsors (Premier sponsors forum?)?

It's also slightly confusing what happened to the 'featured full reviews' section. My LONG K1000 review (to which my sig-link used to point) seems to be missing. I imagined it would end up in there.

you should notify the moderators to check where the link went at feedback and bug reports forum.
