Replacing stock stereo in 2003 Accord - Advice Needed

The Honda Accord LX has they typical cd player in it now.  I'm looking for the cheapest way to get aux input for my ipod while improving the sound quality.  I'm not a car stereo or huge subwoofer guy.  I just want something functional that sounds decent.

Right now it has a pretty chunky stock CD player.  Will I be able to remove it and put a new one in by myself without ruining the car?

I know I should also probably get tweeters, but I don't know have the know how or budget to install them.

Where is the best place to buy receivers and speakers online?

Any recommendations for specific products is also greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Wyatt

Nevermind, looks like Crutchfield can give me what I need for around $300 bucks.

I believe the Aux-In adapter for this head unit was ~$100 when I checked a few years ago.
