Email notifications

I have my Account Details>Email Preferences>Subscription Updates set to "Combined Digest - Daily" but haven't received any Subscription Updates since the new interface switched over.

 

Is anybody else experiencing this, or is everyone getting their updates but me?

No your not the only one!  I have mine set to the same but have not received any as yet. 

 

Would like to see the option to have daily updates but as separate emails the way you could before also.

You can change it under your account options.

 

To change them individually, click on your username at the top right, and then click on "edit subscriptions" under your avatar.  Click on the pull downs for each subscribed thread and make the changes there.

 

It looks like the combined digest is the default email notification.  You can change that under "edit account details".

 

But I did prefer the old way of being able to select how notifications would be when subscribing in a thread.   Rather than going through an additional step through account preferences.

Have the made changes but only instant updates seem to work(were not working before but seem to now) .    Any threads I have selected for "Combined Digest - Daily" I am not getting updates for, and I don't really want an instant update for every thread I am subscribed to!

I don't think the instant updates are working like they used too either.

Yeah, this new format is causing me to spend less time on this site... my wallet thanks this change.

I noticed this problem too until I decided to stop emails all together. I used to only get emails for subscription updates but since we have that "live feed" of the subscriptions on the home page, I don't need them anymore.

I was getting subscription notifications via e-mail for a couple of days, but they have stopped again.

Same here, had updates for three days in a row and thought all was fixed but nothing for the last two days.
