-headband removed and replaced with a Sennheiser Hd600 headband that is detachable.
-all unneeded pieces removed, reducing the weight by upwards of 20%
-Shure embossed leather logo cut and refitted
-memory foam added to the top for added wire protection
-small housing on each side of the ear that hold the wire in place replaced with small hooks
This mod does not affect the sound, its a pure comfort mod and one that is stunning. You wont believe it when you try it on. They can be worn all day without discomfort, they are immensely comfortable and form fitting to the top of your head. A spot of clear glue got onto one of the earpads and the shure logo. All the originals are included including the unused brand new earpad replacements. This set is less than a few weeks old and not even burnt in yet.
